RECIPE FOR THE MONTH
Laing Paella
Moondish Product: Any Variant of Laing

Ingredients:
2 tbsps olive oil
1 clove chopped garlic
2 pcs large chopped tomatoes
2 pcs diagonally sliced chorizo sausages
2 pcs medium diced carrots
1 cup green peas
250 g prawns
1 pc bell pepper, sliced
6 cups steamed rice
1 can Moondish Laing
2 pcs sliced boiled eggs
pinch of saffron threads
sliced parsley and lemon wedges for garnishing
Procedures:
- In a skillet with 2 tbsps olive oil, sauté c,1 large minced onion, 2 large chopped tomatoes, add 2 diagonally sliced chorizo sausages, 2 medium diced carrots, 1 cup green peas, a pinch of saffron threads, and 250 grams prawns until cooked, then add 1 diagonally sliced red bell pepper.
- Add in 6 cups short grain steamed rice, and 1 can (155g) Moondish Laing to the mixture. Stir until cooked.
- Sprinkle with parsley and garnish with 2 sliced boiled eggs and lemon wedges.
